Shipping
POLICY AND TERMS
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from mzddollars.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. We do ship to PO Boxes via USPS. Expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with the United States Postal Service. Kharismatic Designs does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered.
Just a reminder that you will receive your order 1-2 or 3-5 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 3-7 business days to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout. *If your order is multiple items and one of them is out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order issuing store credit for the item(s) not in stock.*ppl
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Contact us within 2 days of receiving your package if damaged for a replacement. Refunds are given in the form of store credit unless there was a mishap on our (Kharismatic Designs) end. Exchanges must be sent back unworn, in original condition and with tags. Please contact us to communicate any issues you have before sending anything back to ensure available replacement. Neither linherit or hair products can be returned NO EXCEPTIONS.
SHIPPING RATES
We offer 2-5 day shipping on all orders with a flat rate of $8.00. Majority of all orders arrive between 1-2 days, but in very rare instances, please allow up to 5 days. We offer overnight shipping for $65. The orders must be placed by 1 pm CDT to be processed same day.
